Shipping
There are two kinds of items on the site.
“Ready to ship” products
I’ve already finished and packaged them, so customization is unavailable.
- Delivery to USA will take about 2-6 days, but some delays may happen. It depends on USPS carrier work.
- Delivery to EU and UK will take 14-21 days.
- Delivery to other countries – about 3-4 weeks.
“Made to order” products
I create the item especially to you.
It will look as on the original pictures, but may be a little bit different because of handmade nature of product.
If you would like to add customization (your own colors, different type of settings, etc.) feel free to contact me via email or Facebook Messenger.
Manufacturing time is 5-14 days.
If you need the jewelry to a special date please let me know, and I will prioritize it. Usually I try to complete all open orders ASAP.

Please note the customer is responsible for all customs fees/VAT and local taxes.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancelations. Just contact me within 2 days after purchasing.
I accept returns and exchanges. If you are disappointed with the product please contact me, and I’ll do my best to resolve any issue.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If you keep the original packaging that would be perfect.
